of the massive marine machinery and the electrical architecture necessary to drive and safely operate heavy duty
equipment. During the feasibility analysis and initial implementation of MAXIMA’s move into heavy duty road and
road building equipment, Mr. Kozlov’s marine experience and training have proven readily translatable.
